1. <b><i>"Waiting on customer"</i></b> means we need your input to resolve the matter. Examples include:
<ul>
<li>We need more info</li>
<li>We can't reproduce the bug</li>
<li>or we need you to test what you asked for.</li>
</ul>
<br />
<b>PROOF READ</b> your tasks (especially bug report tasks!). Describe what you expect the command/feature to do, and what actually happened. Explain what went "<i>wrong</i>" (ie. what happened, as opposed to what actually happened).<br />
<br />
Provide <b>sample code</b> when posting a bug report on the task. Making us ask for code will just increase the reponse time, stopping us from doing better things for DCX.
